Economic authorization for AI agents.

Agent P&L is Oveni's early-stage runtime for deciding whether a paid AI-agent action is economically justified before it runs.

Before a paid agent action executes, Agent P&L is designed to evaluate whether its expected incremental business value justifies its marginal cost and downside.

After execution, it links the decision to actual provider cost and an independently recorded business outcome, including settlement and reversal lifecycle where the outcome is monetary, so the policy can be evaluated and recalibrated.

Current focus:

Oveni is seeking one metadata-only, shadow-only design partner for Agent P&L, with repeated paid AI actions, provider-recorded cost, an independent CRM/payment/booking/ERP outcome, and stable action-to-outcome lineage.

Initial shadow evaluation does not require transcripts, audio, customer PII, production credentials, or production enforcement.
